Located within Heritage Health Springfield, Memorial Hospice at Heritage is a 19-bed, skilled nursing unit designed to meet the unique needs of hospice patients and families. While hospice care can take place anywhere an individual calls home, a facility setting may be necessary for some patients and families as they walk the end-of-life journey.
