Professionally custom painted and very well maintained. Whole house fan, which saves about 50 percent on AC bill. New: water heater, pool/spa heater and in the last few years new belt driven garage door opener, which makes it much more quiet, and a pool filter. Kitchen and master bath have LVT, which is luxury vinyl tile and has Armstrong's 25 year warranty.
