A newly built Miami Beach spec house with a 43 foot long water slide will list for $34 million. The house has six bedrooms plus staff quarters and measures about 13,500 square feet, plus a separate building that houses a half basketball court. It has about 100 feet of waterfront on a canal, and plans call for a boat dock to be custom built for the buyer.
