No worries about parking lots of cars, boats or RV - there is room to spare. This house was built by Walter Lang in the 1930's and is one of only 2 houses still remaining from that era. It has been remodeled over the years and has recently had a face lift with some updating and decorating, but you still get the atmosphere of the bygone days. The 2nd floor is light and bright with an airy kitchen with lots of cabinets and storage space and a round table for quick breakfasts when you don't feel like using the dining area. The laundry room with washer/dryer and a second refrigerator is located just off the kitchen. The living/ dining area is very large and spacious with some of the old wood paneling still in evidence coupled with freshly painted walls in beach blues. There are window on three sides of the living/dining area so it is light and bright with a wonderful ocean view. Lots of comfy sofas and chairs decorate the living space plus a 55 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. There is a dining area with a large table that can easily seat 8 people - maybe more if you squeeze in - just the perfect spot for a big family celebration.
