This oceanfront 2-level penthouse villa, is located on 6th and 7th floors of Turtle Dunes building and has unsurpassed views, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Inter-coastal Waterway to the west, with a beautiful pool ocean side right out the front door. When you enter the front door you are greeted by panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean through a wall of floor to ceiling glass doors and windows. An oceanfront balcony invites you out to the tranquil sounds of the waves on the beach and the fresh scent of the ocean. The first floor of this villa offers a lovely living area with a beautifully equipped kitchen, an oceanfront dining area with seating for six, a breakfast nook, and an expansive living area with an entertainment center featuring a wide screen television, books and games. In addition, there is a powder room and a full sized washer and dryer. One of the best features of this villa is the separation of the living area from the bedrooms. The three bedrooms are all on the second floor. There are en suite bathrooms provided in all of the bedrooms.
