Oakley Hill Manor House, still bearing the date 1882, is probably one of the earliest houses on Locust. It is certainly one of the most impressive as it features brackets, imbricated shingles, bargeboards, a high hip roof, and elaborately formed chimney stacks. It boasts original wood floors and wainscoting, stained glass windows and a curved staircase. 3rd Floor apt or artist studio possible
